Stand
Blessed (happy, to be envied) is the man who is patient under trial and stands up under temptation, for when he has stood the test and been approved, he will receive [the victor's] crown of life which God has promised to those who love Him.

Being a Christian does not stop us from experiencing tough times but it does change how we go through them and where we end up when it's over.
Jesus warns us in John 6:33 that we will experience trials and tribulations and He tells us to keep ourselves optimistic because He has overcome everything that will come against us. That is great news!
When life gets tough we have to dig in our heels and stay firmly planted on what we believe. If what we believe is not based on the Word of God then we will fall apart, give up, quit, and be destroyed (Mat. 7:24-27).
It does not matter what you are facing, Jesus has already secured the victory for you if you do not give up. He promises that we will be blessed and come out better than when we started if we stand on His word and don't turn away from Him.
God is bigger and stronger than your circumstances. He has promised to never leave you nor forsake you. Trust Him. Speak His promises to you out loud.
When you have done all you can do, stand and wait on the Lord Who always keeps His word.
