Open to God
We can shut our lives off to God when we refuse to listen to Him or believe His Word. When we are so focused on what we want, what we think and what we feel, there is no room for us to to live God first.
For the hearts of these people are hardened, and their ears cannot hear, and they have closed their eyes - so their eyes cannot see, their ears cannot hear, and their hearts cannot understand, and they cannot turn to me and let me heal them.

We harden our hearts when we do not accept what God's word says. What we make up our mind to believe shapes our lives. Refusing to believe the truth about who God is and what He can do, stops us from being healed.
Don't limit God based on what you think or what other people believe. Approach God with a willingness to learn and let Him teach you. In Matthew 18, Jesus tells us to come to God like a small child eagerly and expectantly not relying on what we know.
No matter what you've been taught in the past by people - live only by the word of God. Come to God with a child like heart full of trust.
Open your mind to the truth revealed in God's word so that your heart is soft in His hands, your eyes can see, and your ears can hear. Only then can you receive His healing and be set free in Christ.
Live teachable by God. Live God first.
