Ready

     O Lord, You are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love for all who ask for Your help.
                                      Psalm 86:5 NLT

God is always ready, always willing and always able.  He is prepared to pour out His blessings and fill our lives and hearts with love and mercy.  In order to receive what God is so ready to give us, we must first recognize our need and ask Him.

Open your life to God with a simple invitation - Jesus come.

That is all it takes.  You don't have to have everything figured out first.  You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to have all the answers or know all the details.  You don't even have to come up with a solution.  All you have to do is ask for assistance.

      But You, O Lord, are a God of compassion and mercy, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness.
                                     Psalm 86:15 NLT

God has done everything for us through Jesus Christ.  His gifts of salvation and redemption, mercy and forgiveness are ours for the asking. 

Leave your past behind you.  Look ahead and look to God.  Accept the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.  Jesus come.

God is ready.  Ask Him.
