Many of the people, who saw for themselves, Jesus in action - touching lives and healing all kinds of sickness and brokenness - did not really believe He is the Son of God.

Jesus said, "I am the Bread of life.  The person who aligns with me hungers no more and thirsts no more, ever.  I have told you this explicitly because even though you have seen Me in action, you don't really believe Me.  Every person the Father gives Me eventually comes running to Me.  And once that person is with Me, I hold on and don't let go.
                                     John 6:35-37 Message

People struggle with believing everything written about Jesus and what He can do because there is so much that just doesn't seem to compute in our minds.

NEWS FLASH:  We are not God!

We are like God but we are not God and we will not fully understand a lot of things until we get to heaven.  We have been called to live by faith not by our own understanding (Prov. 3:5).  All we are asked to do is believe and receive Jesus Christ by letting go of all of our own biases and coming to God with the open simplicity of a small child.

When we let go of ourselves and embrace God's way of living, Jesus has promised He will hold on to us and never let us go.  Think about that.  Jesus keeps His arms around you every day.

It is our faith in Christ that keeps us securely held in His arms.

So no matter what you may face today, know that you are not alone for you are being held in the arms of Christ.
