Being Wise

These words keep coming up in my mind reminding me to keep my trust in God not in myself.

            Don't be impressed with your own wisdom...
                                Prov. 3:7 NLT

The same verse in the Message Bible reads like this:

            Don't assume that you know it all.

Human understanding is fallible.  There is only One who knows it all and that is God. 

Ask God to help you see what He sees and to hear what He hears in every situation.  Listen for His response before you speak. 

Let your words reflect God's wisdom and not your own.
