A Free Life

Our call to freedom includes being liberated from comparisons.  We were created as originals and therefore, we are master pieces in the eyes of God.

Make a careful exploration of who you are and the work you have been given and then sink yourself into that.  Don't be impressed with yourself.  Don't compare yourself with others.  Each of you must take responsibility for doing the creative best you can with your own life.
                              Gal. 6:4-5 The Message

God did not make us to be like someone else.  We have been made by the very hands of God to live a free life as original works of art, not as clones.

Our call to freedom is our opportunity to explore ourselves and find out what we like and don't like, what we can do and what we struggle with doing.

This life of freedom is not about us earning God's approval.  We are already approved of and accepted by God.  So stop trying to be good enough for Him and enjoy being you.

In this free life, there are no comparisons among us.  One is not better than another.  Everyone of us has a purpose and we all are responsible for doing the best we can with what we have.

What matters most to God is that we use the life He has given us to live freely with Him and help those along our way that need it.

Be yourself.  Respond to God's great love for you by living in the freedom He has given you.

Don't let fear of failure stop you from doing what God created you to do.

Enjoy your life of freedom.
