Live On Purpose

There are so many useless distractions in this world that we have to pay attention to what we think, what we say and what we do. 

There are somethings that just have to be done on purpose and our walk with God is one of those things. 

               But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.
                              Matt. 6:33 Amplified

To seek something is to look for it.  We are all called to purposefully pursue God first in our lives by staying focused on His way of doing things. 

Our relationship with God will not satisfy our hungry hearts unless we purposefully pursue Him.  Reading our Bible, thinking about God's word, and conversations with Him are priorities in a God first life.

               ...For God's temple is holy and you are that temple.
                              1 Cor. 3:17 NLT

As God's holy temple, we have to care of and maintain ourselves in order to do what we have been created to do.  Work is required to remove the lies from our thinking so that we can live in close fellowship with God.

Every day is another opportunity to pursue God.  Put yesterday behind you and choose to make the most of today.

Live each day on purpose.
