Merry Christmas

Well, I hoped you enjoyed the seven "I AM" statements of Jesus from the book of John.  I have learned a lot through out this time and will share it next week.  Also, I tried not to get too detailed with them so that you could study each of the statements on your own and apply them personally to your life.

I wanted to end the week by giving you something special.  What better gift can I give you than the words of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
               This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you.
                              John 15:12 Amplified

To give love is the greatest gift of all.

               This is what I command you: that you love one another.
                              John 15:17 Amplified

The only command given to us by Christ is to love and the fact that He says it twice means it must be important and powerful.

There is no other rule to live by and every law of life can be fulfilled in this one command.

With Christmas this weekend and a new year starting the next, let's start showing love for each other now. 

Love others the way you want to be loved.

Love others the way Jesus loves you.

To live by love is what it means to live God first.

I pray you and your family are kept safe in the arms of Christ and that you love each other extravagantly.  Make every moment you have together count.
