Circle of Life

As I write this post tonight I am waiting for my oldest daughter to tell me her contractions are twenty minutes apart while at the same time, I have a friend who is saying goodbye to her family. 

Life is always in motion.

Some moments are filled with joy and others are covered in grief.  No matter what part of life we are in, God is in control and He is the only one we are accountable to.

               It's God we are answerable to - all the way from life to death and everything in between - not each other.  That's why Jesus lived and died and then lived again: so that He could be our Master across the entire range of life and death, and free us from the petty tyrannies of each other.
                              Romans 14:8-9 Message

Each  of us has our own journey to experience in this world.  Instead of being critical of each other, we need to remind ourselves that we are all works in progress and we only have to answer to Jesus.

With this thought in mind, I ask you to join me in building each other up. 

Stop picking people apart and start praising their progress. 

Stop being discouraging and start being encouraging. 

Stop hating and start loving.

Together lets live looking up to Jesus not looking down on each other.
