Useless
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Worry is useless. It does not produce anything useful and it is a waste of time. As I mentioned yesterday, I spent most of my life worrying or being concerned about what people would say about me and my choices. Because of that fear, I limited my life and my personality so that I would be accepted by others. This is not how God intended for us to live.
When we refuse to worry, we begin to live in the freedom that Jesus died for us to have. It is here that we discover the peace of God that dwells in us. Life free from worry is full of peace and peace is one of the amazing gifts that Jesus has given to all of us.
I am not saying don't make plans or think about what is on your calendar for the next week. We should look ahead and plan but we should purpose to live today to the best of our ability and not let worry stop us from moving forward.
Worry has never been productive in my life and I am sure it isn't in yours either. So let go of it and when it tries to come back, don't accept it.
Refuse to worry by changing your thoughts.
